Researchers and Top Technologists of Lorestan Province Honored at Lorestan University

Concurrently with the commemoration of Research and Technology Week, the ceremony honoring the top researchers and technologists of Lorestan Province, hosted by the University of Lorestan, was held.
According to the Public Relations of the University of Lorestan, in this ceremony, which was held on Saturday, December 15th of the current year in the Shahid Ebrahimi Hall of the University of Lorestan, Majid Azarbakhti, the head of the Deputy for Management Development and Human Resources of the Lorestan Governorate, said in a speech: "Research and technology should be institutionalized in all areas of the governance system."
Azarbakhti elaborated: "Undoubtedly, all pillars of governance support the expansion of research and technology at various levels of society."
He continued: "In all areas of policymaking, the results of research by elites and academics should be utilized."
The head of the Deputy for Management Development and Human Resources of the Lorestan Governorate added: "Supporting elites is a very important issue; if the conditions for attracting elites are not sufficiently provided, it itself intensifies the factors of underdevelopment."
The holding of 500 meetings and chairs on the occasion of Research and Technology Week indicates the human capabilities of the province
The President of the University of Lorestan and the Secretary of the Provincial Headquarters for Research and Technology Week, said in this ceremony: "During Research and Technology Week, chairs, meetings, and various programs were implemented at the University of Lorestan."
Dr. Ali Nazari added: "Lorestan province has various capacities in different fields, including research and technology."
Dr. Nazari stated: "If you have seen the news website of the University of Lorestan, news of Research and Technology Week has been reflected in the last two weeks, which shows that the University of Lorestan and Lorestan province have valuable human capabilities in the field of research and technology."
The Provincial Secretary of Research and Technology Week, stated: "On the occasion of Research and Technology Week 2024, Lorestan province has held 500 workshops, chairs, meetings, and programs appropriate for this week."
Dr. Ali Nazari stated: "We must strengthen teamwork; we should also expand the connection between the university and industry, technology, and the production sectors of the province."
The President of the University of Lorestan suggested that the activities of the Research and Technology Week headquarters should not be limited to this week, but should continue throughout the year.
It is worth mentioning that in this ceremony, the names of the top researchers and technologists of Lorestan province were announced, and the attendees applauded them.
The presidents of the universities of Lorestan province also expressed their views on the importance of institutionalizing the culture of research and technology in society.
