The Accountant's Day Commemoration Conference was held at Lorestan University.

Coinciding with the commemoration of Research and Technology Week, the Accounting Student Scientific Association of Lorestan University held a conference to commemorate Accountant's Day, with the presence of the head of the Accounting Department, the advisor to the Accounting Student Scientific Association, professors, and students, in the Shahid Shokouhi Hall of Lorestan University.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, at this conference, Dr. Masoud Taherinia, the head of the Accounting Department of Lorestan University, discussed the comparison of accounting in today's world with accounting in the past.

In his remarks, Dr. Taherinia encouraged students to learn skills in related software.

In his statements, he emphasized learning more and up-to-date applications of artificial intelligence.

Addressing the students, he said: "Try to always be up-to-date in the field of acquiring new and practical skills in accounting."

Then, Dr. Mohsen Rashidi, the advisor to the Accounting Student Scientific Association of Lorestan University, in his speech, provided explanations about the activities of the association, including holding workshops, summarizing accounting standards, and other activities in progress by the association.

Subsequently, a competition was held between the professors of the field and after that, a competition between the students was held, and the winners received their gifts.

Also, the top students of each academic year in the Accounting Department of Lorestan University were honored, and the conference concluded with a theatrical performance by Javad Saharkhiz and Nima Malekshahi.

The secretary of the Accounting Student Scientific Association of Lorestan University is Mahsa Moradizadeh.

The head of the Student Scientific Associations Department of Lorestan University is Seyedeh Zahra Rahimzadeh, who operates under the supervision of the Cultural and Social Planning Department of the university.
